Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the doula services provided by Joyous Arrivals Doula Service. By accessing or using our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services Provided
Joyous Arrivals Doula Service offers professional birth doula services, including prenatal consultations, labor support, and postpartum care. These services are provided to families located in Kalispell, Montana, and surrounding areas.
Booking and Payment
-
Agreement: By signing a paper copy of the contract or providing a digital signature, you officially agree to the terms and conditions of our services. This agreement is necessary to book your doula services with Joyous Arrivals Doula Service.
-
Payment Structure:
-
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing the contract to secure your booking. The deposit amount is half of the agreed package total.
-
The remaining balance is due one month after the birth. A final invoice will be sent at that time, and payment is expected within 30 days after the invoice is issued.
-
-
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Since the deposit is non-refundable, no refund will be issued for the initial deposit. If cancellation occurs after the birth, the full remaining balance is still due.
-
I will make every effort to provide the services agreed upon. Sometimes this is impossible (for example, with a rapid labor). If my failure to attend your birth is due to my error, there will be no charge for my services and I will refund the deposit. If it is due to circumstances beyond anyone's control or your failure to call me, I will keep the deposit, but there will be no further charges
-
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your health and pregnancy.
-
Inform me of any changes to your health, pregnancy status, or due date.
-
Abide by the agreed-upon schedule and terms for payment and service delivery.

While I strive to provide the highest level of care, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to childbirth or your pregnancy. Joyous Arrivals Doula Service is not liable for any complications that arise during labor or delivery, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
